Traffic Impact and Access Study for a 63,600 square foot medical office building and a new 70,600 square foot addition to the emergency department with two new surface parking lots to support these expansions. Services included assessment the safety of the site driveways, estimating the increase in traffic as a result of the project, evaluating the impacts of that traffic on the adjacent streets and nearby intersections, and providing recommendations to improve traffic operations.

Traffic Impact and Access Study for a proposed 600 unit transit-oriented residential apartment development and 500 space parking lot to be constructed on two parcels of land. Services included trip generation, modeling and analysis of several signalized and unsignalized intersections, evaluation of pedestrian and bicycle facilities, sight distance evaluation, assessment of transit impacts and a Traffic Demand Modeling (TDM) report.

Traffic Impact and Access Study for a proposed gas station and convenience store. Services included assessing the safety of the proposed site driveways, estimating the increase in traffic as a result of site redevelopment, evaluation of the impact of this traffic on the adjacent streets and intersections and recommendations to improve traffic operations. Route 9 which is adjacent to the site is under MassDOT jurisdiction and the project therefore requires a Highway Access Permit from MassDOT.
