Louis F. Bruno, P.E., P.L.S.
Chief Civil Engineer
Mr. Bruno has over 40 years of diversified experience in civil engineering and survey and currently serves as Chief Civil Engineer/Surveyor for Chappell Engineering Associates. He is in responsible charge of civil engineering, transportation and planning projects, as well as hydrological/hydraulic design, environmental permitting, the production of site surveys, right-of-way (ROW), subdivisions and site plans. Projects under his responsible charge have ranged from preparation of study reports for small private developments to the preparation of final construction plans and contract documents for major site developments and public works projects. |

Keith V. Lincoln, P.E.
Senior Civil Engineer
Mr. Lincoln has an extensive and diverse background with over eighteen years of experience as a project engineer, project manager, construction inspector and contractor on a wide range of civil engineering projects including residential and commercial site development; rural and urban roadway reconstruction; highways; interchanges and bridges. His expertise also includes the design of sustainable low impact stormwater management systems for developments and public works projects

Garrick N. Goldenberg, P.E.
Structural Engineering/Solar PV
Mr. Goldenberg has 40 years of diversified experience in structural engineering and currently serves as Chief Structural Engineer for Chappell Engineering Associates. He is in responsible charge of structural design and evaluations for new and rehabilitation of buildings and bridges. Responsibilities include project management, supervision of engineering personnel; client, agency and subconsultant coordination; presentation at public hearings and review meetings and construction site inspection. |

Senior Structural Engineer
Mr. Danksewicz is a Senior Structural Engineer with over 23 years experience leading the design and inspection of numerous bridge replacement and rehabilitation projects. Other experience includes coordinating the foundation design of industrial facilities plus structural analysis of wireless telecommunication structures. |

Clement J. Salek, P.E.
Director of Wireless Telecommunications Services
Mr. Salek is a structural engineer with fifteen years of diversified experience in both civil and structural engineering. Mr. Salek serves as Director of Wireless Telecommunications for Chappell Engineering Associates, LLC managing and implementing client directives, preparing engineering cost estimates, assembling job proposals, and serving as client liaison. Since joining the firm in 2005, Mr. Salek has been responsible for the preparation of zoning and construction documents including plans, technical specifications and the coordination and payment of sub contractors. He has a wide array of experience in the telecommunications field including site structural investigations, the preparation of construction field reports, coordinating sub-contractors, drainage reports, and construction control services. |

James M. Fitzgerald, P.E.
Senior Project Manager/Structural Engineer
Mr. Fitzgerald has 10 years of diversified experience in the civil and structural engineering fields. Mr. Fitzgerald serves Chappell Engineering Associates, LLC as a Senior Project Manager as well as Project Structural Engineer. Since joining the firm in 2005, Mr. Fitzgerald has been responsible for attendance at zoning and permitting hearings, preparation of zoning and construction documents including plans, survey, technical specifications and coordination of sub contractors. He has a wide array of experience in the telecommunications field, including structural analysis, non-destructive and destructive structural investigation, tower mapping, preparation of construction cost estimates, drainage reports, construction control services, and fire protection reports. |

Jay M. Thibault
Senior Project Manager
Mr. Thibault has twelve years of experience in wireless telecommunications engineering and management. As Senior Project Manager, Mr. Thibault is responsible for the preparation of lease exhibits, attendance at zoning and permitting hearings, preparation of zoning and construction documents including plans, survey, technical specifications and coordination of sub contractors. He has a wide array of experience in the wireless communications field including preparation of construction cost estimates, drainage reports, construction control services, photo simulations, viewshed analysis, and management and coordination of NEPA/SHPO, Phase 1, geotechnical services, wetland filings, and other services typically supplied by sub consultants.

Randall H. Wood, L.S.I.T.
Senior Technician/Survey Chief
Mr. Wood has over 19 years diversified experience as a survey chief and CAD technician. He has been involved in a variety of civil/survey projects such as highway and bridge designs, wireless communication facilities, boundary surveys and GIS data collection. The scale of the projects has ranged between small topographic site surveys to larger detailed highway surveys. His skills include electronic data collection, GPS positioning, and computer aided drafting.

Gene F. Andersen, NACE
Coatings Director
Mr. Andersen is a NACE Certified Inspector with over 30 years of experience in coatings design, quality control and project management on diverse and complex large scale coating/construction projects with stringent production and environmental requirements. He has a strong technical background with hands on experience as a tradesman, supervisor, quality control manager, safety officer and designer. Mr. Andersen has demonstrated experience in analyzing project requirements; identifying deficiencies and potential opportunities, developing innovative and effective solutions for reducing schedule and cost while improving safety and quality. |
